Coconut flour

Coconut flour is also gluten free, rich in potassium, antioxidants, high in fibre and very low in carbohydrates. Coconut flour has between 45 and 60 grams of pure fibre per 100 gram and can therefore play a very important role in reducing cholesterol and promoting a healthy gut.
Isolated Proteins:
The main protein I use in my baking is whey. Whey is known to reduce cholesterol, lower blood pressure and it also helps maintain muscle mass during weight loss and/or exercise. Whey protein has also been shown to play an important role in regulating blood sugar and increase insulin levels, so it can be used as a complementary treatment for type 2 diabetes.
Stevia Sweetener:
This sweetener does not contain any calories and is made of natural plant products. Glycoid compounds found in stevia plant reduce blood sugar and improve insulin resistance in diabetic people.
Handcrafted sugar- free real black chocolate:
Dark chocolate, if used in the right measure, can be one of the healthy additives for cakes and sweets. Dark chocolate contains strong antioxidants that can help improve cardiovascular health and prevent heart attacks.
